一、安装注意事项
1. 请认真确认产品是否为YFMFK品牌纯正部品，并确认YFMFK品牌产品与您主机的适应性是否一致。请找专业的液压师傅安装。
2. 更换液压泵时，请对主机的液压系统进行清洗，确保液压系统的清洁。
3. 更换液压泵时，必须更换所有液压滤清器。
4. 液压油清洁度要求:
a. 液压系统清洁度要求达到NAS9级以内。
b. 液压油箱清洁度要求达到NAS7级以内。
5. 更换液压泵时，液压泵联轴器需按照装备生产厂商规定的安装方法及要求进行安装，并确认尺寸
6. 液压泵安装完成后，对液压泵进行排气作业，确保液压泵壳体内注满清洁的液压油。
7. 装备启动注意事项：
a. 装备启动前确认各管路接头连接牢固，以免发生泄漏，避免造成人身伤害
b. 怠速运转发动机10分钟，确认液压油位是否达到正常要求值，如果油位低，请加注到正常油位。
c. 10分钟后方可正常使用装备。
二、维护保养注意事项
1、主机使用YFMFK品牌液压泵后，需要严格按照新系统的保养方法及周期进行保养;具体操作方法按照主机生产厂商的具体要求进行实施。
2、郑重提示: 使用YFMFK品牌液压产品，其液压系统液压油必须使用46号抗磨液压油。
3、当装备使用破碎器工作时，液压系统的保养周期应缩短至原保养周期的1/4时间进行保养维护。
注意：总成质保期内因系统油液污染、超负荷使用、安装不规范或自行更改、维修，总成元件打烂等情形引起的产品损坏不在质保范围内不予质保！

Below are the precautions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of hydraulic pumps for your reference and implementation.
· Verify Product Authenticity: Please carefully confirm that the product is a genuine YFMFK part and ensure its compatibility with your host machinery. Installation must be performed by a professional hydraulic technician.
· System Cleaning: When replacing the hydraulic pump, thoroughly clean the hydraulic system of the host machine to ensure overall cleanliness.
· Filter Replacement: When replacing the hydraulic pump, all hydraulic filters must be replaced.
· Hydraulic Oil Cleanliness Requirements:
a. The hydraulic system cleanliness must meet NAS 9 grade or higher.
b. The hydraulic tank cleanliness must meet NAS 7 grade or higher.
· Coupling Installation: The hydraulic pump coupling must be installed according to the methods and requirements specified by the equipment manufacturer. Ensure all dimensions are verified.
· Bleeding Procedure: After installation, bleed the hydraulic pump to ensure the pump housing is filled with clean hydraulic oil.
· Equipment Startup Precautions:
a. Before starting, confirm that all pipe joints are securely connected to prevent leaks and avoid personal injury.
b. Run the engine at idle for 10 minutes. Check if the hydraulic oil level reaches the normal requirement; if low, refill to the normal level.
c. The equipment may only be put into full operation after 10 minutes of idle running.
· Maintenance Schedule: After installing a YFMFK hydraulic pump, the host machine must be maintained strictly according to the schedule and methods required for new systems, following the specific instructions of the host machinery manufacturer.
· Oil Specification Warning: It is strongly advised that when using YFMFK hydraulic products, the hydraulic system must use #46 Anti-wear Hydraulic Oil.
· Breaker Operation: When operating breakers (hammers), the maintenance interval for the hydraulic system should be shortened to one-quarter (1/4) of the original cycle.
Product damage caused by hydraulic oil contamination, overloading, non-standard installation, unauthorized modifications, or self-repair during the assembly warranty period is NOT covered under warranty!
